Colours for clothes

One of the most important things when deciding what to wear is colour.  Colour is the best way to express your personality as well as your frame of mind.  It tells other people what kind of person you are and it can allow others to see what you like.  the truly fashionable mix and match different colours to create a truly unique style of their own.
Here is a list of colours and some of their attributes when it comes to clothing.
White: This goes really well for many different occasions. You can wear white anywhere (except not at weddings, unless you are the bride or groom!).  It is the second most popular colour after black.  It goes well with other colours because it is light and neutral.  It is a cooling colour because it reflects light and heat, therefore it is great to wear during the summer.  It is great for shirts and tops, but can be tricky when it comes to trousers, skirts and jeans - you want to watch where you sit so it doesn't get dirty!  White stands for purity, cleanliness and innocence.  White items are a must-have!
Black: This colour is always in style because it is fashionable and stylish.  It works perfectly for suits and other types of clothes.  Black is great for making you look slimmer than you are, whether you wear it as a top or bottom.  it is the colour which works for nearly every occasion.  It is mysterious and intense, and can lend an air of drama to your outfit.  Many people consider it to be a colour of refinement and elegance - which is added to by the slimming effect. best of all, spilling red wine on your black dress won't be a disaster!
Blue: Many people's favourite colour, blue gives off a soothing, relaxing and calming vibe.  it is a colour that is very refreshing to look at, and is pleasant and cool to the eyes. Because of this it is a popular choice for everyday clothes.  It reminds people of emotions like calmness, inspiration, spirituality and affection. I love blue!
Pink: this is a warming, soothing and relaxing colour.  cherry blossoms, strawberry ice cream, sugar and spice and everything nice. It is a very girly colour but men can pull it off too.  it is a sweet, feminine colour which can also be spicier and more outrageous when in shades like hot pink.  It is associated with purity and affection.
red: This is a strong, powerful and aggressive colour.  Red speaks of eroticism, passion and ambition.  it is also considered to be a lucky colour, especially in Asian cultures. brides in India wear red on their wedding days. it is also the colour of Valentine's day.
Yellow: A sunny, warm and eye-catching colour.  Another one of my favourites, it just lifts you up ad makes you feel good. It is a colour that speaks of idealism, joy and optimism.  It is great for summer, but also livens the mood during winter.
